It has been 20+ DAYS and Zara has NOT delivered my prepaid order and has NOT refunded my money. Instead, their customer support keeps giving scripted replies, disconnecting calls, and making me chase my own refund every day.

Anyone else having the hardest time to get @ZARA India to come through with #returnsandrefunds?
Been waiting for 4 months now and no one has picked up my return parcel!! This way I don’t even get a refund and I have to hoard the clothes!

@ZARA_Care Más de 3 semanas esperando por mi Gift Card. En el soporte técnico solo me cierran el chat y me dan falsas promesas de 24/48h. Tengo todos los comprobantes y capturas de los casos #197594006 y #198272488. Exijo solución ya.
