@SkyHelpIreland pls cn some1 help. I cancelled my acc last Sept, I’m still receiving bills, I’ve sent emails, have attempted calls at least 10 times and can’t get a human. I got 1 call & was told they could see everything I was saying and cancellation team would call but no 1 did

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but I’ve on to them many,many times. They’ve decided (without actually checking) our TV is the problem. Even though we were told it’s probably the cableing. So they decided not to come out to us and never actually told us.

@SkyIreland and @SkyHelpIreland the worst customer service ever experienced. 2 wks with no TV, time off to meet engineers who never showed, 2boxes that never worked & a third that keeps freezing. Waiting all day again to call and be told they decided they weren’t coming today.

@SkyIreland and @SkyHelpIreland they were meant to be checking the cableing today but someone decided without checking it must be our Smart TV that worked with @VirginMediaIE and every other unit we have. No update just no show. Disgraceful.
