⚖️ Commissioner Khumalo challenged Chief Provincial Inspector Samuel Mashaba over his decision to search a container at a private warehouse during the Aeroton drug bust. 📦📌

Khumalo questioned whether Mashaba had any training or knowledge of the procedures governing the opening and handling of containers, including the preservation of evidence.

When asked which traffic policing prescripts authorised and guided such an operation, Mashaba said he did not know of any specific document. 🗣️
