I'm not addressing/calling out a single person in this thread either. I'm talking to ALL Y'ALL numbnuts I've had to deal with for the last 7yrs in this so-called "scene." Cut the crap and take an empirical approach to this fighting game shit. Enough already. Now go press buttons.
If you support the BreakRev scene in any form, pls do us all a favor and stop spreading misinfo. The scene is extremely niche with close to 0 players actually conducting detailed research. Confirm shit for yourselves for now! There's no meter dmg bonus (see: mouse pointer). TY!
There was a dmg script made some time ago (courtesy of @mountainmanjed) that displayed actual numbers but my ass too lazy to dig through SRK forums rn. Hit up the discord and read up on the pinned messages (lol) to get informed before mashing keys. https://t.co/TLi7SVN7Jh
@JWonggg Had you in my top5 for placing in the breakrev event so the "this ain't SF" comment def is not from me. I did however comment that "the scene needs you" which is true cus the overall skill lvl is wack minus <10 players. This post sounds like the comment is coming from 1 person.
Corner reset concept:
JHK reset to setup target for falling into Hands (inlvun). Horizntl dives/specials (Az, Liz, Ninja, Barts, etc) may be able to escape in some way. Dives must be performed at a specific point on screen and can be challenging to exe on reset.

@HelgenX @CHNchilla89 Tiers are approximately:
High: Arm, Raph
Low: Leo, Aska, War
Then everyone else
Lots of counter matchups all around and a couple of low tiers are viable as a result. That being said, TF is ALWAYS EVOLVING and even to this day people are running into new weird tech and nonsense.
Yo, this TF matchup chart got me in tears...
Aska v Shred 0:10
Aska v Arm 0:10
CD v Raph & Leo 10:0
Leo v Arm 1:9
Raph has fewest points...
War v Raph 9:1 - Ok, I am DONE!!!

"It was a different time, man!" '93 was something else...
Today we have too the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Warriors review from The Super Famicom Magazine 1993 No. 22. I bought some 1993 issues, I will try to publish interesting stuff and someday if I can finished full magazine. Translations are welcome βοΈπ
@HelgenX @CHNchilla89 Raph redizzy has been discovered in recent years. Only Aska users are probably myself and @emp_hiro. No infinites for shark/bat but they have strong throw loops. Also I missed the fine print on the JP "matchup chart" in the article...It was based off CPU vs CPU Watch Mode! LOL
Crashing into foregrnd/backgrnd artifacts on Marco's stage will delay a target's fall, allowing for juggles that are otherwise impossible on other stages (without breakable wall assist).
Here's a Kaz 1Hit 214MP punish vs a slightly misplaced Marco sniper attempt on diff stages.
@pIasmasword Ok, I'm stupid lol. Still, that was/is a good laugh. Thanks for clearing that up. Wondering now if Japan ever had a competitive TF scene around it's release day or a Blockbuster Championships equivalent.

#Dankuga got me in a character crisis right now because everyone is too damn fun!
@landofpoverty Yo, teru got some hidden ARG tech or something. Was def eye-opening playing that set. The ceiling bounce physics is key in the joust imo. Put too much gas on the ascent and you'll bounce down slightly, putting yourself in position to get pixel popped. Teru very consistent w/ it.
A brief clip of a SUPER CLUTCH play by teru teru of π¦π· with some side notes. After dropping the ball on this one I literally buried my face in my hands in utter disbelief...completely DEVASTATED.
Shook it off after and lol'd hysterically because this game is so damn fun. Enjoy!
@nycfurby@matcherino_ Used to study this man's VF4E/FT matches religiously and I feel ashamed for being surprised that he's still a damn beast in this series. What an animal!
