you basically buy the test online, print the lab form, then take it to a lab similar to how pre-employment drug labs work (usually a Quest). no dr. required.

18-29 is "Young Adulthood".
30-45 is just "Adulthood".
45-65 is "Middle Aged".
65+ is "Old age" (aka retirement age).

You do not go from "Young Adult" to "Old" without any inbetween. A 30 year old is just a regular ass adult.
