As a Turkish Christian, I want to clarify that Turkey is a secular republic. The majority of its population is Muslim, but Turkey is also home to Christian citizens and historic Christian communities. I don’t believe Turkey poses a religious threat to Christian Greece. Political tensions between our countries should not be reduced to a conflict between Muslims and Christians. I can be a Christian and still stand up for my homeland. 🇹🇷✝️

NEW: Royal Navy sea drones secretly sent data to China.

Cameras onboard a fleet of surveillance drones were found to contain Chinese parts despite assurances from suppliers that they were secure.

An investigation found the cameras had been sending “heartbeat” signals to an IP address in China, forcing the Ministry of Defence to remove their connectivity.

The Navy purchased the drones, made by Kraken Technology Group, in March. They are set to be sent to the Strait of Hormuz as part of the UK’s plan to protect the waterways.

The MoD insist no sensitive data was breached and vulnerabilities have now been patched. Defence sources say this is a “major” failure.

To, co robi Ahmet Konanc, jest zwyczajnie karygodne. Zamiast rzetelnie pokazać rzeczywistość, wybiera manipulację i budowanie fałszywego obrazu Górnika Zabrze.

Pokazuje zamkniętą furtkę, przemilczając fakt, że obok znajduje się otwarta główna brama. Pokazuje jedno boisko, choć kompleks obejmuje trzy. Wyolbrzymia urwaną klamkę, jakby miała świadczyć o poziomie całego klubu. A później przedstawia to jako obraz Górnika. Nie pomaga też fakt, że nie zna języka angielskiego i zamiast zapytać osoby na miejscu, woli snuć własną narrację.

Takie materiały nie uderzają w Górnika, który jest dobrze funkcjonującym klubem z solidnym zapleczem i infrastrukturą. One przede wszystkim źle świadczą o ich autorze, ale również rzutują na wizerunek Fenerbahce.

Krytykować można wszystko. Kłamać i manipulować- nigdy. Zwłaszcza jeśli nazywa się to dziennikarstwem.

Paolo Maldini has just dropped a bombshell in a recent interview, explaining why he and Leonardo are resigning from their roles as the Italy national team’s technical director and advisor just 10 days after signing their contracts.

Paolo Maldini 🗣️: “One of my biggest mistakes was ever accepting the role in the first place. Italian football has fallen so far, and it’s all because of the federation. When we were appointed, we drafted a three-man shortlist to take over as manager of the national team. Pep Guardiola was obviously our first choice, while Andrea Pirlo was our third.

We negotiated well with Pep, and we reached an agreement with him. However, when we informed the federation about our agreement, they told us they couldn’t afford to pay him and said we needed to find a cheaper option.

We then reached an agreement with Andrea, who we believed would have been a good choice to lead us back to the glory days since the federation couldn’t afford to pay Pep. But President Malagò went against the appointment, using his association with a Russian brand as an excuse.

This is a sad day for Italian football because it has fallen lower than ever before, all due to the incompetence of the federation. CLUB STATEMENT

The club would like to address rumours circulating on social media regarding unacceptable behaviour following today’s game away to Seaham Red Star.

After a brief investigation, we can confirm that Billingham Town supporter Phil Smith has received a lifetime ban from the club and has been reported to the Northern League, The FA and Cleveland Police.

Although we are delighted to see Town win, and appreciate that celebrations can occasionally go a little too far, ordering a strawberry daiquiri in a pub, with the lads, on a matchday cannot—and will not—be tolerated.

Furthermore, to ensure the club does not encourage similar behaviour in future, lager tops will no longer be served in the clubhouse.

The club considers the matter closed.
