Qualification requirement (Top 5 only):
- Must hit ≥ $1,000,000 taker volume on CLUSDT perp
- If not, leaderboard rewards are forfeited

b) Participation Rewards: 50% ($5K)
- All other users (excluding Top 5 leaderboard winners)
- ≥ $20,000 taker volume on CLUSDT perp
