@alfiyaownsme@daniel_mac8 i’m not saying it isn’t a useful tool. i’m saying it gets far more credit than it should.
it’s like if Tom told Bob one day that a meeting is being held in room 5, Harry told Bob that room 5 is on the second floor, then Bob said the meeting is on the second floor.
Bob is the AI
@haider1 another theory… they have a significantly larger user base so they have more data to train off of and have marketted their models to people in education and have been training off of the data these people have inputted
@daniel_mac8 it’s unfortunate that people don’t realize that AI is not something that creates or understands, it indexes and guesses the next element based on its training material. it effectively reads back what it us trained on.
@daniel_mac8 yes, I’m sure aggregating all of the data in the world followed by indexing and analyzing all of the context fed to it by all of the insanely smart minds putting data into it would hit like a truck when it’s regurgitated back
@RuneScape heres the thing though, so many people stopped playing rs3 a long time ago and moved away from the game, and the biggest point of friction is that they don’t even know how to play rs3 anymore because of how different it is
