China "normally" exports 5 - 5.5M tons per year.

2024 exports - 266K

January/February 2025 combined - 4,052 tons

Not 4 million.
Not 400,000.
Not 40,000.

4,000 tons. That is 5M missing tons from a global 50 - 55M ton export market.
