@sabresfan141 Normally I would be down but I think we need to target more of an surefire established forward. At this point we have Tage Doan Benson Norris Ostlund Kulich Helenius Zucker Quinn McLeod, unless 2-3 of those are being moved out I think we should target one surefire top 6f
@BensonForHart If itโs 1for1 it has to be yes a near point per game PWF W whos 23 and locked up at good term and aav. Looking at the last 15 4th overall picks id take Raymond Makar Marner Smith and Tkachuk over Knies thatโs 33% chance we get a player better than Knies
@ByMHarrington At that cost I would, maybe try and keep Kulich and move Wahlberg instead but Iโd rather 33 year old Hellebuyck than 37 year old Bobrovsky for 3-6 years
@CMDeDominicis I mean itโd still be a positive trade but to move up to 4 and then reach would be kinda annoying. Canโt pass up on one if Malholtra Reid or Carels unless stenberg falls
@Kaltsone1@CapWages The problem was always building around our drafted talent and thatโs why those players get traded. U canโt blame the development and scouting department for drafting a good player that gets traded they donโt trade the players
@Kaltsone1@CapWages let me guess ur a bills fan who just started watching hockey this year. There have been 8 maybe 9 full time skaters that have been drafted in the last 4 years from rounds 2-7. Thatโs 9 out of 768 picks across the nhl. the Sabres have been excellent at drafting and developing
