To clarify, #zDEX website only displays the trading activity on its network. The actual trading is done using a standalone zDEX app to create the orders on its own blockchain. It is then traded in peer to peer fashion by multisig escrow accounts with a FailSafe refund feature.

#zDEX alpha 0.9.0.3 for linux x64 is now available for download with updated tutorials. (Windows & MacOS possibly next week) Please note that alpha is for testing only running on testnet with frequent new patch releases so it may not be for everyone.

Dev Update: #zDEX test nodes are now up and the binaries are being compiled. Linux64 and Windows binaries will be made available soon while the Mac build may take another day or two.

Dev Update: Due to an unforeseen JSON RPC bug causing node connection issues (now resolved), we are expecting the new #zDEX alpha binaries to be released sometime tomorrow. We will also update the website with additional testnet information. Will keep everyone up to date here.

NOTE: #zDEX Alpha does not require anyone to setup their own zDEX node unless you really want to setup a testnet $PIVX masternode yourself. So once the alpha binaries are released, you can just download that to start trading. More info will be published on our website once ready.
