@HowardLeaderman Both say nothing more other than "I'm a rich brat," and it's charming. And then this track came along when he started becoming self aware about that, ruined it. https://t.co/Q00e4HdnuT
Michigan’s 7th Congressional District is about 5.5% Black.
The latest 2024 Census-based figures show roughly 42,500 non-Hispanic Black residents out of about 779,000 people, or 5.46% of the district.
So Rolling Sea is spending $900,000 on an ad about Lawrence’s criticism of some Democratic Black leaders in a district that is overwhelmingly non-Black and roughly 80% non-Hispanic white.
Trying to imagine people who live around my parents being offended on behalf of black people and failing. I see now that the district includes Lansing. https://t.co/9LYqc5L8TV
Rolling Sea did not have the cash on hand for this nearly $900k buy, a shocking amount in a sleepy primary in the middle of Michigan. Cash came from somewhere though.
It’s always funny to observe the counselors at the camp I’m leading who don’t know that you can just tell little kids exactly what to do and they’ll do it, and they don’t mind.
I couldn’t handle working at a busy NY restaurant. There’s a pregnant woman sitting with her back to the bar, which is empty except for a guy sitting across from her having no awareness. Waiters all struggling to get by. As a teacher of little kids I would simply move them.
