Heading up operations for MTF this year has been one of my most memorable experiences ever. I’ve been blessed enough to be part of some amazing events, but no Cannes, SXSW comes close 😅 @Arf_22 doesn’t do this enough of this herself but she’s by far the best in the game! ✨
.@mehdirhasan: ".. we shouldnt pretend that impartiality means you must take a middle position between two sides. Take the genocide.. the number of times that Sky & the BBC have given Israel a pass or taken an Israeli denial as fact when we know its not"
Frost didn't like that

I’m on a plane rn headed to watch my team play in a Champions League final after winning the Premier League last week.. 20 years of getting bantered all through school and adult years and we’re finally here. Alhamdulilah man, football is beautiful. I’m so happy ❤️
Pakistan’s connection to Arsenal's Premier League triumph
Arsenal lifts the Premier League title, and there's a British-Pakistani, Dr Zafar Iqbal, the club's Head of Sports Medicine, as part of Arsenal's historic success.
Born in Gojra with family roots in Sahiwal, Dr Zafar joined Arsenal in 2024 after previously working with Liverpool and Crystal Palace. He is also a trusted name among Pakistani cricketers, with several national players consulting him for fitness and injury-related issues over the years.
A proud Pakistani link to the top of English football. Our own, a Pakistani winner of the Premier League.
After 21 years in sports medicine - 19 consecutive seasons in the Premier League and several 2nd-place finishes - finally I’ve been part of a Premier League-winning team 🙏🏾
Grateful to my family, colleagues, and everyone who’s been part of the journey.
1 more game 🙏🏾
I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
When we are wronged or oppressed, we remember that Allah is Al-’Adl (The Just). His justice is intrinsic to who He is. Nothing escapes it, and nothing falls outside its measure.
He is also Al-Muqsit (The Equitable). He gives every soul what it deserves and restores balance where there is harm. In this world, however, justice is not always fully seen.
In His wisdom, its completion is delayed. Al-Hakam (The Judge) will deliver the final and binding judgment on the Day of Reckoning. On that Day, every claim will be settled, and every matter decided.
Sometimes, the loss feels heavy—a loss that can never be replaced in this life. It is Allah, Al-Haseeb (The Reckoner), who repays with full measure. Not a single wrong done to us escapes Him, nor does any moment of patience and perseverance we show in response to it. Al-Haseeb will ultimately hold each person to account for their deeds and will be with those who patiently endure.
