If a task floods his brain’s reward system with dopamine, and therefore makes a voluntary action feel more like a compulsion, then yea, he’ll become addicted to it

@TaylorLorenz Having adhd.. Fake information about dopamine makes me irrationally upset lol, some people actually have issues and need real medication and treatment but those vulnerable to those spreading misinformation especially when they were in the past trustworthy science creators..

And I think you’re oversimplifying the idea of being “unhappy” in a marriage. Its more like “persistent discontentment” and a lack of fulfillment

@bencsmoke Idc all that much tbh (and this is an uncomfy hill to die on, so Ill let this rest), but as far as outrage goes, a 19 y/o forwarding a video of 17 y/o’s kissing doesnt outrage me nearly as much as an adult forwarding a vid of a 6 y/o. Simply doesnt trigger the same outrage reflex

I get it, the law is black & white when it comes to punishing CP. I think that’s good; we need hardline rules there. But, as far as “morality” goes, cases like his can be judged w/ gray thinking
