@ValBezuglenko I'm already thinking of adding in additional logic for adjusting it's approach, like the players speed, and which way they're facing, and if they're holding a weapon . I hadn't considered a fake lunge, so might test how that looks / feels in the game.
This week for Lost Echo's, continued refactoring the Dog's behavior into the new system. Here it is hiding from the player if it sees it in a room.

This week for Lost Echo's, continued refactoring the Dog's behavior into the new system. Here it is stalking the player, and choosing to speed up or stop depending on how close it is.

This week for Lost Echo's, continued refactoring the Dog's behavior into the new system. Here it is looking, and searching the rooms.

This week for Lost Echo's, I got a bit distracted with a few ideas, so took a step back to fill in smaller details like this bookshelf in the comms room.

This week for Lost Echo's, finished up getting in and out of the Diagnostic machine. Here you can see the animations for sitting in, and how the machine acts after the player returns to the main game.

This week for Lost Echo's, finished up the diagnostics machine, and experimented with the lighting. Next week I'll probably finish up the interaction logic, and hooking that up into the animations.

This week for Lost Echo's, getting things set back up after moving, and I found time to work on designing the experiment room.

This week for Lost Echo's, Mostly focused on updating Wwise, testing geometry on the station, and expanding the footstep handling across dreamscapes.

This week on Lost Echo, I wrapped up the pathing system! Moths can now enter/exit rooms and actively seek lit ones when theirs goes dark.

This week for Lost Echoβs. I added in the logic for moths to react to room lights, along with them to react to swarming the players flashlight when itβs on in the dark, and then return to their normal behaviors when the lights are turned back on.

This week for Lost Echo's. I started making a 'dynamic' pathing system that'll work with the stations shape. I'm planning on using this system for more complex AI, but currently testing it with Moths.
