Our project for Holloway Lodging is seen as a good fit and exactly what is planned for downtown London. Situated on a rapid transit boulevard in a high density area, the proposed building provides a modern update that pays homage to the historical character of the neighborhood.

Aside from mid and high rise residential, we have a growing portfolio of renovation work, some of which is for our friends at Canadian Commercial. This one is a new Dollarama on Main St. in Ridgetown.

A recent site visit pic of our 2 storey commercial building for Orange Rock Developments in Kilworth. The bulding is framed and the windows and roofing are being installed. We didn't venture onto the roof on this freezing cold day but we're glad there are those that do!
