@ChanakyaShah We had the exact same experience with Shopify and DTDC. Sent goods for an event and they never reached and then they have us runa round for rto as well.

@ShiprocketCare @DTDCIndia @ShiprocketIndia We gave goods on 14th. They were to reach on 18th. Didn't reach till 23rd. Then we asked for the goods to be returned as event was over and no one there to take delivery. Today is 4th Sept. Still only nonsense. What is this service?

@DTDCIndia Have sent out 6 carton parcel from Mumbai to Kerala on 14th Aug. Delivery was assured for 19th Aug. Today is 22nd. Only 2 of 6 cartons reached. Rest are showing in Transit at Patna. Why is a parcel for Kerala in Patna? My event ends tomorrow. Please reply.

@ShiprocketCare Still stock answers. No proper information. We asked for the material back and even at this point we are told RTO in transit. No correct or clear information. This is extemely poor services.
