I expect an immediate investigation into how my exact order details and address were leaked to this scammer. I also request assistance in recovering the two extra payments I made due to this fraud.

Vibhor Varshney, a SEBI RA (INH100005419) does this almost everyday.

He tweets past performance of his clients, puts screenshots and deletes that tweet the next day and then puts up a new one.

Mr. Varshney - since you are deleting these inducements, this implies you are aware that you are INTENTIONALLY violation SEBI RA Regulations.

Still listing out for reference:

SEBI prohibits an RA to:
- Display Past performance (MC Clause 11.1(c)(xii))
- Show Misleading testimonials (MC Clause 11.1(c)(iii))
- Mislead by omission (MC Clause 11.1(c)(iv))
- Deliberately delete ads - 5-yr record rule (MC Clause 11.1(d)(v) + RA Reg 25(2))
- Advisory and marketing shall be at arm’s length distance (RA reg 16(5))

Yeah 0. Because, his SL were 7-8% and targets are 3%
One bad trade = 3 trades profit.
F&O is always zero or hero. Per lot trade 5-6K ₹. Therefore profits from his F&O is 0 for me for whole 1 year. @SEBI_India #SEBI #investingfacts

I bought the 1 year membership for around 35k
Last june.
I thought , it will be easily recovered within a year.
His accuracy is 40-50%. His Risk:Reward is worst sometimes 1:1, 1.5:1
Also, 6 months of profit gone at last 6 months.

She is indeed a good economist, before 2024 she proved it various times.
She’s also a human being and mistakes happen.
