Mavs fans won’t even get to see Luka’s jersey hang in the rafters. Don’t get a goodbye or tribute. Which, after Dirk, is the ONE thing we hold on to. We might not be Boston or LA w 15+ banners, we know that. but we have OUR GUY, the one guy we point to and say hey we have him, we love him and that’s OK with us. We’re aware of where we rank as a franchise, but we’re happy. That’s been an MFFL staple since I’ve been alive. not to be hyperbolic, but they stole everything from us & betrayed what it actually means to be a Mavs fan.
