Is there any way to talk to a human at @Steam? I bought a game last night, played for a few hours, then it went on sale today. The automated system won't let me refund it, but it's not like I played for a month. I don't even think I've had the game for 24 hours.

I don't even really want a refund, I just want to rebuy it at the current price instead, and pick up some other games on sale with the difference. Pretty much any retailer would allow this request, in my experience, but I can't get past the automated system that sees I used it.
