@BestBuyCanada Found a nice way of not refunding. They can't refund if the parcel is not delivered and @PurolatorInc does not deliver the parcel and keep lying on the status of delivery. Big brain move

Purolator is the worst! Owned by Cda Post so that explains it. Twice I have had packages delayed because they can’t get my address right. I mean what the hell?

Purolator @PurolatorInc , how this company is still there? how are they even operating. The funniest part is when you call them, they told you to use respectful language but they don't tell you that their customer service agent are not respectful.

@PurolatorInc Day 8 without @PurolatorInc doing their job of delivering a package and @BestBuyCanada not doing anything with it. Glad I preordered to get my package on time.

This is what to expect when a delivery is made by @PurolatorInc @PurolatorHelp . And being told they will come the next day only to have this happen again and again and having to drive an hour to get the parcel yourself. This is why Purolator is regarded as the worst company

As always @PurolatorInc shows that they are the worst delivery service. I got hit once again by a "Attempted delivery" when, with camera proof, no one even drove by. This will be done again 2 more times and I'll finally have to go to their center and get my parcel myself. -10/10

@QuebecFier Mon VE passe de 24 kwh/100 km à 30 kwh/100 km en hiver sur autoroute à 120 km/h. Et ça, c'est si je ne le réchauffe pas. Un coup réchauffé, je n'ai quasiment aucune perte. Je fait Montréal au Saguenay sans aucun problème, même en hiver.
