@vetas For now, especially with the Christmas and New Year slow down, it's hard to predict, we will keep you posted here, but as you said, most likely next year

Today we received a communication from our banking partner that they are still working on the solution to get all the funds distributed back to the customers. The total amount of money held on the cards is fairly small, and we are confident that it's just a procedural delay π§΅
#customerupdate While we are waiting for our partner bank to provide replacement cards or reenable existing cards for our clients, we are working hard to protect customer interests π§΅

We are devastated by our partner's unilateral decision, without any warning, without concern for the customers.
Due to high demand (and we thank you for your support β€οΈ), we got a bit of a #slashdoteffect (actually our banking partner did) and there is a bit of a delay in issuing new cards. This should be resolved shortly.
