@itssthyherinme If bills are tight u need to learn to let things go that aren’t needed. Who cares if u “deserve it” u haven’t worked hard enough cuz clearly bills r tight
@AkkadSecretary I will say it varies state to state on when passing in th other direction is allowed. I moved from FL to NY and the school bus camera got me going pst the other way and I had no idea I did something wrong. Really wish moving states would force you to retake your written so u know
@privateeggo@chocbloke@Gaismair@Sneedzzz1337 Idk I felt like when I barely used the card like $100/mo that it made no progress in my score for 3 years. Second I started putting like 1-2k a month through it and still paying it off that’s when I saw it started going up. As if they want u to use it to earn a higher score
@ducksays@OldCrowCobra@Wahofann95 U live in Indianapolis? Clearly wherever u live the houses r mad cheap. Forget about it in the NE and im not moving out the NE, it’s my home. So your scenario only works in certain places
@johnnycakes91 If you had a 3-6 mo emergency savings u wouldn’t have had to ever carry a balance over to the next month. Only exception would be like a $100,000 medical bill but it be smarter to take out a loan and pay it off that way then through insane interest rate a CC will give u
@Highbarian@evilmon222@ItsBudBundy@Gaismair The transaction fee. But also then u can’t get a good credit rate then goodluck financing a used or new car as a low rate. So I still don’t see why to use debit when how else do u get great rates when u finance a car or a mortgage a house
@Highbarian@evilmon222@ItsBudBundy@Gaismair Some places don’t charge different rates between cash/debut ir credit. Depends what store or state I’ve noticed. But the stores that have it just as 1 price means the debit or cash user is paying the extra fee still. So no benefit only drawbacks. Credit atleast cancels out
@AdeolaW58991781@madrantsandroar@Gaismair@Sneedzzz1337 Doing that also but no one is saving up $500,000 in cash. So since u have to have a mortgage the banks will pick the couple who’s most likely to have the least amount of risk paying off the house. Credit is apart of that decision and what rate to give u if you are chosen
@AccelRiderX@madrantsandroar@Gaismair@Sneedzzz1337 That’s why I’m saving up waiting for another market drop. And even if not, on track with the goal I’ve reach. Not buying a house till cars paid off anyways so I still got 4 years to go before I even consider
@zcliu526@megafishT@ItsBudBundy@Gaismair I’m ok with that reality. My friends I help out are the people that invite me to be their groomsmen. I also don’t tell them what to do I just show them strategies and let them do it themselves
@jeromessworld@chocbloke@Gaismair@Sneedzzz1337 Like I’d want my kid at 18 to start building credit right away. Maybe he can do credit builder as an alternative but I’m just not familiar with it
@jeromessworld@chocbloke@Gaismair@Sneedzzz1337 Ok but I assume u run some sort of buisness that u need loans. I feel like a normal kid out of highschool has no need for a loan. Credit builders is something new I’ve never heard of before. And if your kid lives at home still last 2 don’t really help
