@AvantiWestCoast Hello. I have return tickets to London Euston going out on 20/06 and returning on 22/06. Your statement says I can get a full refund on these tickets because of the strike. Can I wait until nearer the date in case it's postponed?
@AvantiWestCoast I sent off the form you told me to complete, uploaded the booking confirmation and requested my refund. Just had a reply from 'Rowan, Customer Resolutions Advisor' with links to your strike information page and no reference to any refund. Not impressed!
@AvantiWestCoast Yep - one booking, two adults, four Advance single tickets - two on 20 June (you confirmed I'd get an evoucher refund) and two on 22 June (you confirmed I'd get a money refund). I'll upload the confirmation email with the booking reference. Thanks.
@AvantiWestCoast Just filling out the form now, and I can only upload one file. I have two separate PDF tickets - one for each traveller. Or would a PDF of my confirmation email from you be enough?
@AvantiWestCoast OK, thanks for that. I have two PDFs, each with one outbound and one return ticket. Can I claim refunds for both on one form, or do I have to do two separate forms, one for each outward/return ticket?
@AvantiWestCoast Your website now says you can claim a refund “If you have tickets for travel from Tuesday 21 June to Sunday 26 June”. Our return ticket is 22 June, but our outbound ticket is 20 June. Can you confirm we can get a refund for both dates please?
