I mamy potwierdzenie, koniec gdybania. @binance oficjalnie informuje polskich użytkowników, że nie zdobędzie licencji MiCA do 30 czerwca. Od 1 lipca konto przechodzi w tryb wygaszania, czyli możesz już tylko redukować pozycje i wypłacać środki, nie handlować.

Konkrety z harmonogramu. Spot, od 1 lipca zero nowych zleceń, otwarte zlecenia żyją jeszcze 48 godzin i potem system je anuluje. Boty wyłączone tego samego dnia. Margin, nowych pozycji brak, automatyczne rozliczenie. Earn i staking, subskrypcje zamknięte, środki wracają na Spot. Binance Pay i P2P wyłączone, przy czym P2P znika już 30 czerwca o 9 rano UTC. API do handlu odcięte 1 lipca.

Co ważne i uczciwie trzeba oddać, Binance pisze, że aktywa zostają dostępne do wypłaty również po 1 lipca i nie będą zamrożone. Brzmi uspokajająco i prawdopodobnie tak będzie. Ale to jest dokładnie ten moment, o którym mówię od początku. Dopóki Twoje krypto siedzi na giełdzie, Twój dostęp do niego zależy od jej harmonogramu, jej procedur i jej dobrej woli regulacyjnej, nie od Ciebie. Komunikat w stylu „nie martw się, wszystko bezpieczne” dostajesz wtedy, gdy giełda zwija działalność w Twoim kraju.

Co zrobić. Przenieś środki na własny portfel albo na giełdę z licencją CASP, której w UE jest kilka. Zrób to spokojnie w czerwcu, a nie 30 o 23:59, kiedy wszyscy będą klikać wypłaty naraz. Przelew krypto na własny portfel nie jest w Polsce zdarzeniem podatkowym, więc nie ma na co czekać.

Giełda do handlu, portfel do trzymania. Dziś widać to wyjątkowo dosłownie. 🦥

In my view, the challenge is not about obtaining a license in one jurisdiction or hiring thousands of compliance professionals. The real question is whether compliance is genuinely embedded in the organization’s culture and decision-making.

A company can hire 15,000 compliance staff, but if compliance teams lack authority, have limited visibility into key activities, are removed when raising sanctions, AML, or market integrity concerns, or if the organization believes it can rely on political protection, regulatory arbitrage, and complex structures to stay ahead of scrutiny, compliance programs risk becoming paper exercises rather than effective controls.

Real compliance effectiveness comes from governance, transparency, accountability, and a willingness to operate within both the letter and the spirit of regulation—not from headcount alone.

Regulators are ultimately evaluating outcomes, not organizational charts.

📄On 23 June, @ESMAComms stated there's no informal grace period beyond 1 July: unauthorised #CASPs must stop onboarding immediately and begin an orderly wind-down.

Clients of unauthorised providers fall outside MiCA's investor protection framework entirely.

The next day, @binance withdrew its #MiCA application with the @HellenicCMC in Greece and confirmed it will pursue authorisation in another EU Member State. 🇪🇺 No formal decision was issued, and the company says it received no formal indication of rejection.

Withdrawing in one jurisdiction and refiling in another doesn't pause the wind-down clock. Timing is the binding constraint.
