@mei__satsuki If twitch were to charge creators for the possible payment processor fees because of refunds that would be what we call "wage theft". It's similar to how if you refund a product at a store the clerk that refunds you doesn't get their pay docked(granted you miss out on those subs)

@mei__satsuki it's not a chargeback on you so you don't get the fee from payment processing. Twitch takes the hit for any of that since twitch normally is the one doing the transaction(also means twitch will get mad if this is abused). They still pay you whatever they would have for the month.
