99,9% of people won't support you until you have results.
There's only one way to keep yourself motivated to hit your goals:
Learn to clap for yourself.
I’m 27.
I wasted half my twenties to depression, procrastination and lack of motivation.
I was desperately trying to fix my life by making promises to myself and setting goals...
But I kept failing.
Why?
Because I didn’t understand the core concept behind self-improvement.
Here are the 4 levels of personal development and how I reached them (so you can do the same):
Level 0: Comfort Zone
I used to sacrifice any sense of deep fulfilment for a fake sense of security and comfort.
On this level I was playing video games to escape my thoughts.
I was binging series to escape my emotions.
I was doomscrolling on social media to get fast dopamine and avoid effort.
I was compromising my ideals and values for a fake sense of peace.
How do you escape this level?
Solution: Develop your self-awareness
I started reflecting on myself by journaling.
Trying to understand what are the real forces behind my undisciplined and unmotivated behavior.
I realized 3 things:
- I was deeply afraid of failure
- I was also afraid of commitment
- That’s why I couldn't stay consistent with anything
So I decided to start with solving my fear of failure.
Ready for the next level?
Level 1: Fear Zone
Even though I became aware of my fear of failure, I was still focusing on the wrong things.
On this level I took a few actions to overcome my problems, but I was inconsistent and I gave up easily.
I was afraid of being judged.
I was looking for excuses to give up.
I had no confidence.
I was expecting the perfect outcome and the disappointment of failure was kicking me back into comfort zone.
I kept repeating this pattern until I found the solution:
The solution: Fail Intentionally
I acted against my fear of failure.
I started creating content for social media.
I made videos for TikTok, knowing they will flop.
I created longer videos for YouTube, being sure they will get 0 views.
I started measuring myself based on the effort instead of the outcome and tracked my goals and progress on paper.
I detached from the outcome and focused on the process.
The real growth starts on the next level:
Level 2: Learning Zone
On this level I was:
• Reflecting on myself
• Failing intentionally
• Facing challenges
I was finally making stable progress.
I was now able to prioritize learning over comfort.
But here is the catch…
My recent wins threw me into arrogance.
I set goals that were too ambitious…
I tried too hard to achieve them and burned out.
My relationship crumbled and I found myself in a new rut.
So how did I solve that?
Solution: Develop personal discipline
I reflected deeply on my personal values and ideals and developed some core principles that would serve as the foundation of my behavior.
Here are the 3 core principles:
Honesty: Be honest with yourself and others.
Gratitude: Focus on solutions instead of problems and be thankful for what you experience.
Balance: Aim for sustainability and consistency. Not intensity.
Those 3 principles allowed me to prevent burnout and needless suffering.
Ready for the final level?
Level 3: Growth Zone
This is where I had developed enough self-awareness to identify my purpose.
I could now set more ambitious goals because I could focus on the process and detach from the outcomes.
I could face my fears voluntarily and act despite them.
However, notice that the journey never ends.
There is always something new to explore and a problem to solve.
Mistakes will always happen and failure is always around the corner.
But that’s why we have to approach them willingly.
Self-development is a never-ending journey.
It's also a non-forgiving journey for cowards and fast-result seekers.
If you read this far, chances are you a person that commits to what they start. So I would like to thank you and compliment you for that!

Savas X.
Why I took a 2-months break from X?
Cause I felt the calling to build a small empire on a different platform and come back here to share my findings.
The results?
In 2 months I gathered an audience of 5k people and 20 million views.
Lesson?
Diversify your experiments.
I almost drove myself crazy with anxiety because of how undisciplined I was.
Now i am consistently hitting my goals on a daily basis, managed to escape the 9-5 hamster wheel and won my peace of mind back.
Here is how I fixed my discipline in 4 steps:
Meditation is the funeral for your old self.
Let me explain.
Sometimes, I don’t feel motivated to complete a scheduled task.
During those times, I will often sit down on the floor, and meditate on that resistance for 5-10 minutes.
Why do that?
Because it helps me develop a deep understanding of myself with time.
By studying myself today, I give advantage and leverage to myself of tomorrow.
Instead of powering through my resistances against positive change and transformation, I give myself sometime for reflection.
Fear.
Stress.
Perfectionism.
Low confidence on a certain skill.
Those are some of the reasons I sometimes don’t feel like doing a task.
This is my self trying to pull me back into old “safe” patterns.
Change is painful.
Because, for something new to be born, something else needs to die.
Every time you feel resistance doing something that you have decided is good for you, it’s because your old self is afraid to die.
But you must let him go anyway.
To create a new, stronger self, the old one needs to be buried.
But don’t forget to also celebrate this new change and thank your old self for serving you so far.
That’s why meditation can sometimes be a funeral.
Love you,
Savas X.
There are 3 types of Online Creators.
Cheap dopamine creators share information.
Average creators give away "value".
Impact creators foster understanding, drive decisions and inspire creation.
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿.
I used to procrastinate like a madman.
I wasted 4 years of University playing 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴 instead of studying and then dropped out.
𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆?
I help people create systems to achieve their personal and financial goals.
What used to be my biggest pain now makes me money.
Insane right?
But that's the power of your personal problems.
Those are the problems you have the most experience with.
Once you solve them, they become your best products and offers.
You understand the pain points and the desired transformation better than anyone.
Solve a problem and share the solution.
That's how you create Impact.
Instead of letting your problems drown you...
Use them to forge your purpose.
Today's weakness is tomorrow's weapon.
Stay present.

Just Hit 1500 Followers!!!
And not only that...
It happened the same day I reached 400 days of consecutive journaling!
But i have a confession to make...
I am actually terrible at celebrating wins
I am not a fan of junk food or sweets (Which is how most people celebrate)
And i actually love working on my business so i wouldn't consider a break.
How would you celebrate this double win?
(p.s I love you guys. Let's keep creating impact together!)
As i was having a video-call with a client today, my ex gf called me.
I don't even know how she found my number but i ignored it anyway.
After the call with the client was over, i picked up the phone and checked the "incoming calls"...
It was definitely her. I remembered her number at first glance.
Her call made me think...
One of the reasons we broke up 3 years ago was because she cheated on me.
It felt like hell back then. I was crying my eyes out and couldn't think about anything else for weeks.
However, if i hadn't receive this call today, i would have probably completely forgotten that any of those things ever happened.
No matter what you are going through...
A time will come in time, not too far from now, that you will completely forget it as i forgot the terrible breakup.
If for example you are building a personal brand and you are facing a lot of uncertainty and doubt...
The best thing you could possibly do for yourself and your brand is keep pushing.
The hard decisions you take and the sacrifices you make will shape the future of your brand in a way that you can't even imagine right now.
Everything you feel at this moment will be irrelevant in 1-2 years.
Especially if you haven't made any money with your brand yet and the thought of giving up has crossed your mind...
You need to pay attention to what i will say next:
The process is hard.
You will have to transform as a person to make it.
But that's also the beautiful part of achieving something great that few people have managed.
Your brand grows with you, and it will keep growing as you push your limit and challenge yourself.
It's okay to take a step back and a breather.
But what separates success from failure will be your ability to commit to the process.
The world is waiting for your impact so it can become a better place.
Make sure that when the past calls, you have something great to answer with.
p.s(For action takers) If you have a skill and feel ready to monetize your brand, DM me "Impact" and i will give you some pointers that few people are aware of.
Love you.

Are you scared that people will laugh at you because of your dreams?
Let me tell you something...
If people don't think you are absolutely insane, you are not dreaming big enough.
I would have never won against depression by remaining a pessimist.
I had to force myself to become an optimist.
If you can't see a positive future you can't create it.
Literally everyone i know in real life was against me when i decided to create a personal brand.
Nobody could see what i saw.
But when i started making money out of it, they suddenly became interested.
This is just how it works.
Most people want the results but they are refusing to take action.
They don't want the sacrifices, pain and suffering.
That's why they allow their limiting beliefs to lock them inside a reality they never even attempt to escape.
If you are reading this you owe it to yourself to not be like most people.
Chase your dreams.
Experience the pain of sacrifice and learn from it.
You will make countless mistakes and you will fail a ton.
That's simply the truth.
But if you can hold on for long enough...
If you promise yourself to never give up...
If you can maintain an open mindset and learn from your mistakes...
You can't lose.
Open yourself up to your potential and rise above your environment, your feelings and your thoughts.
Love you.
