@TheFourthPeriod It’s cute how everyone assumes that because CM signs off on it then it must be a good move. McDavid’s preference seems to lean towards “Yea this guy’s in my inner circle” or “Yea I remember when I was 10 this guy seemed kinda cool.”

@JasonGregor Go back and watch a game from the 70s or 80s and you’ll see that whenever the puck was trapped along the boards, the play would be blown down immediately. Somehow they got away from that, and it just leads to more scrums, and stupid penalties
