@minmunchlore The lab was built under Project Miseltinn (Pierro's project) and was completed before Sandrone arrived. While in Nod Krai, she stayed in her lab all day and only left to fight Rerir and Dottore. So it always baffled me when people try to portray her as "uniquely" a colonizer.
