I’ll say this…if the Celtics trade Jaylen Brown for Giannis—a two-time league MVP and NBA Finals MVP—and still don’t win the championship, Tatum’s legacy, and the narrative surrounding it, will take a hit he may not be ready for. Because all of his success as a pro has been with Jaylen as his running mate.
And also, if folks believe Giannis–a high usage, grab the board, get downhill, and live at the rim type of player–is coming to Boston to be a secondary option, they’re smokin’ old school Hubba Rocks. The entire Celtics offensive philosophy will have to be turned upside down.
I’m not saying that it can’t work, but I am saying that if it doesn’t work…
@streetsdiscipIe He more innovative than majority of the people on that list. The “girl record” is literally his thing
It’s a decent amount of people on there that can’t be on there before him.
But it’s your opinion 🫤
This Brunson stuff is so funny because people want you to believe the 4th quarter stuff is why he's the Finals MVP but OG Anunoby has scored 25 PTS in the three wins to Brunson 29 4th quarter points in the three wins but...
That's because Brunson has taken 12 more shots in their 3 wins in the 4th...
But yes if I ignore the defense, rebounding, transition stops (!!!), shooting, and also elite 4th quarter play...
I guess OG hasn't been as good as Brunson.
