Does whatsapp actually have dedicated support and help for hacks? Impossible to find and their automated support never seems to reply or provide help. any suggestions welcomed

Please be aware there is a nasty whatsapp virus going around.
Using a known contact from another hacked account, it sends a realistic request for a registration code-: if replied to in anyway, hacker takes over your whatsapp number and contact list
