@worthitformeme@crowdeacon There was no hurrah, that's the point. All leads that we got ended up being nothing. Chapter 3 and 4 egg rooms were miles better than 5's and the shadow crystal boss had almost no buildup whatsoever.
@OcktoJL@AquaLikes2Play The kid who summoned a demon, works with the main villain, actively sneaks behind our back, gets a calls about needing to use us, and made a "promise" surely isn't the same person that trapped us inside themselves. Since there are two voices in the intro Kris is the main suspect.
@OcktoJL@AquaLikes2Play Did you not play chapter 1? Kris steals us from our Vessel and forces us in a cage. We are enslaved and used like a tool despite having our own desires.
@user__errorr@fambramb You see the Golden armor in the wardrobe, the shirt was given to asgore since there is no reason to fight as everyone loves asgore.
@TheEmperorofMe1 Grimdark Mew Mew who found a world that isn’t pure suffering and desperately trying to protect it would have been far more kino than Mad dummy v4.
@michaelbomb_ Mew Mew is just poorly implemented. When I first saw her in the shop I thought it was going to be the grimdark version hinted at before and be a punished Mew Mew desperately trying to keep her peaceful life while we take it away. Instead we got a allegory we already knew.
@XnopishX MD/MewMew being intersex has always been a headcannon, and ironically shows the Fandom's hypocrisy since they project into characters for their own benefit. Mad dummy has always been described with They or It, but most of the Fandom ascribes them as a man.
@Norexo_@zymen33 Yeah, same reason Kris has Yellow skin. You're supposed to project traits to Kris. Kris is African, Caucasian, Asian, Female, Male, Intersex. Unless Toby directly states otherwise It's up to you.
@Norexo_@AmbiVerse_art@NonstopPowerO I'm not a femkris believer but Aqua being a mirror to Kris gives credence to Kris being female, along with the prophecy depicting a girl with a sword while only Kris uses a sword.
@JonhyBigodes359@pump_upthejam_ It was hinted all the way back in chapter 2. I think it's part of the greater narrative with Kris, who feels isolated from everyone and is down right suicidal, forced to continue because of a duty.
@averysunnymoon@rebelArchitect_ Weird route is important to understanding Deltarune. The Mantle minigame, Gerson, The ARG, Sans undertale, and twisted sword all point heavily to it.
