@thejoshl Nice. I hosted a friend’s b-day last night and we watched MULHOLLAND DR (last year for his birthday we watched LOST HIGHWAY).
Also, is that your physical media collection in the background?!
@etkralicesi If you’re all region, Rarewaves is a must to know about (imo). They’ve got frequent sales on Arrow, 88 Films, 101 Films, Eureka, Indicator, Radiance, BFI & more. They currently have a 2 for £16 on a bunch of good stuff (+ only $8 shipping to the states):

@dreadtan If you’re from North America, Swangzhe now has prints available from Volution Gallery (if you’re still interested). Sorry to insert myself in the convo - I’m just trying to help out a talented artist. https://t.co/70IzlUxzDB

@andrew_mohrman @etkralicesi I print on Enhanced Matte. It’s not perfect but you won’t notice the difference unless you’re looking for it. It helps that I have REALLY good equipment as own an art gallery / printshop (which is where the theater and collection are located as well).
@LifeIsAFilmFest@TheCinesthetic Oooh. Now I’m really interested in ALL OF STRANGERS. I’m just waiting for the Criterion sale in November.
Last year, I hosted a double feature of PETITE MAMAN and AFTERSUN and they complemented each other so well.
@JamesGunn I was a big fan of KENT in the late 90s / early Ots. Check em out if for some reason they slipped by you. Look forward to checking out the playlist.

@NCseventeen@rarefilmm Are the wetransfer linked files larger and less compressed than the ones found on vimeo or are they the same ones? Thanks for sharing unavailable movies btw.
@reeseer1 @whiskybreath@metaplexmovies Including SNOOTWORLD, an animated project that he’s STILL currently trying to get funded (after decades of of attempts).
@jlalibs Southern Comfort (1981), A Breed Apart (1984), Streets of Fire (1984), Avenging Force (1986), Never Too Young To Die (1986), The Wraith (1986), Class of 1999 (1990) are a few I can think of off the top of my head.
All are pretty great imo.
@Gibboanxious AMERICAN MOVIE could be in a top ten list of ALL movies and I wouldn’t blink an eye. I can only imagine its omission is because it’s a documentary. Everyone has different tastes tho of course.
