Revered Dr. Prem Saran Satsangi Sahab went on to become Professor of Electrical Engineering in 1973 at IIT Delhi, serving there for 28 years holding several important positions with distinction including Head of Department, Dean of Under-Grad studies, Dean of Industrial R&D and Managing Director of the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer.

He has published 89+ research papers in refereed journals. He has guided 35 scholars for their Doctoral Degrees.

He is an internationally known authority on Applied Systems Engineering and was the Founder President of the Systems Society of India. He has also been the Chief Editor of the Journal of the Systems Science and Engineering ‘Paritantra’.

In 1993, He took voluntary retirement from IIT Delhi and joined DEI as it’s Director and served in this capacity until His retirement in March, 2002 at the age of 65.

Revered Dr. P S Satsangi Sahab was then appointed as the Chairman, Advisory Committee on Education (ACE), a non statutory body, serving as a Think-Tank for Consensus Building on behalf of #Dayalbagh Educational Institute by Revered Dr. M B Lal Sahab.

In May 2003, in a meeting of 25,000+ Satsangis, Revered Dr. Prem Saran Satsangi Sahab was unanimously acclaimed as The Eighth Revered Leader of The #Radhasoami Faith.

कुछ #मीडिया वाले #आगरा के #दयालबाग क्षेत्र में जो प्रशासन द्वारा गैर कानूनी कार्यवाही की गयी उसके बारे में #सच नहीं लिख रहे! पर साक्ष्य जो आ रहे है, उससे तो ऐसा लगता है कि @Agrapolice यहाँ दुबारा #जलियांवाला बाग जैसा मंजर बनाने की मंशा से आयी थी।

राधास्वमी मत दयालबाग़ के पूज्य पूर्व आचार्य के समाध को ��्षतिग्रस्त किया; बच्चों, औरतों और निहत्थे लोगो को पीटा गया। धार्मिक स्थल को क्षतिग्रस्त किया तो धार्मिक भावनाये तो आहात होंगी ही।इसमें कोई शुबह नहीं की #जगण्य #अपराध हुए है आगरा प्रशासन के कुछ अधिकारियों से।

किशोर सिंह रविंदर देव बनाम राजस्थान राज्य (1980) के मामले में माननीय #न्यायमूर्ति #कृष्ण #अय्यर के शब्दों में, “इस देश में कोई सर्वाधिकारी क्षेत्र नहीं है, यहाँ तक कि चारदीवारी वाली दुनि��ा जिसे हम जेल कहते हैं, के भीतर भी नहीं है। #अनुच्छेद 14, 19 और 21 जेल के भीतर संचालित होते हैं। राज्य को #पुलिसबल को उनकी #क्रूरता भरी कलाओं को सही करने के लिए फिर से #शिक्षित करना चाहिए और एक व्यक्ति के लिए एक सम्मान पैदा करना चाहिए, और यह प्रक्रिया एक #प्रतिबोध (परसेप्��) के बजाय उदाहरण से अधिक शुरू होनी चाहिए, यह #मानवाधिकारों की परवाह किए बिना एक राज्य अधिकारी द्वारा क्रूरता से कार्य करने की तुलना में हमारी संवैधानिक संस्कृति पर गहरा घाव करता है।"

गहरा घाव तो हुआ है, शायद आगरा प्रशासन के कुछ अधिकारियों को एक बार फिर #संविधान का पाठ याद दिलाना होगा।पुलिस की क्रूरता को पुलिस अधिकारियों द्वारा किए गए क्रूर कार्यों के रूप में परिभाषित किया जा सकता है, उदाहरण के लिए अवैध हिरासत, गैरकानूनी हत्या, पिटाई, हिरासत में हिंसा, हिरासत में बलात्कार, अभियुक्त की स्वीकारोक्ति (कन्फेशन) के लिया धमकाना, आदि।

कुछ ऐसी ही क्रूरता हुई है दयालबाग़ मैं, #साक्ष भी है - पर अब तक #दोषी अधिकारियों पर #कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है, क्यों?

Thank you @ABPNews for bring out the facts and hearing the other side of the story. That your team reached out to #Dayalbagh, reported from the ground and @varunjainNEWS heard the version of #Radhasoami #Satsang #Sabha is truly appreciated. The barbaric acts of Agra's administration, the reality of the so called notices served, the truth of land records needs to be highlighted for all.

The fact that a Rifle range has been into existence since 1968 and has suddenly become illegal! The crematorium which has been into existence for over 100 years has suddenly become illegal? Really? Is this not a circumstantial proof of corruption? The role of the SDM and the Tehsildar is still not yet being investigated. The @CommissionerAgr, @OfficeOfDMAgra and @Agrapolice are indirectly saying that they know the law better than all their predecessors! Do they think that the citizens of the city and the country at large do not understand what is the motive behind such acts?

We are thankful to Hon. @myogiadityanath, @myogioffice for his remarks on this matter. We are thankful to @BJP4India, @RSSorg, Shri @DrMohanBhagwat (who has visited Dayalbagh) and other higher authorities. We are thankful to the Chief Justice of #AllahabadHighCourt for the stay in this matter. However we continue to seek justice for the women and children who were beaten. We continue to seek investigation of the "Admin and Civil Society" WhatsApp group and the role it played in instigating the authorities. We continue to seek investigation on the funding and instigation of the villagers. There are many questions which are still unanswered and the Agra administration will have to answer them.
