@levelsio To see things that are causing the crash type in event viewer in your bar, go to application view, and then check the errors that are happening as things crash. Could also be a software conflict.

@levelsio PCs seem to work better with 2 rams more, idk why. Rather get two beefy rams. I faced a similar issue when I enabled XMP settings, computer crashing etc. I disabled it in BIOS, no issue.
