Been unable to log into Snapchat for months due to the C13A “Something went wrong” error. Support told me my account was deleted, but today I got a message saying it’ll be deleted in 5 days unless I log in. I tried again, but the same error appears. @snapchatsupport please help!

@snapchatsupport I've already contacted you about this issue before, but unfortunately I didn't get any helpful solution. It's been over a month now, and I'm still getting the same C13A error. Could you please look into this properly and help resolve it?

I've been unable to log in for over a month due to this error:

"C13A: Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, changing networks, and even contacted support, but they couldn't fix it either.

@snapchatsupport Hey whenever I try to log in to my Snapchat account, I get the error “C13A: Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
It’s been more than 30 days since I deactivated my account. Any solution or help to recover/reactivate it?
