I’d bet most of the opinions here are based on secondhand information or things people see online.
There’s a YouTube video of a guy testing a 7.62x39 BCA upper with a 7.5-inch barrel, and he has all kinds of issues with it. He also brings up the ICE issue..
Shooting AK rounds out of an AR platform is usually not a good idea, they never work reliable
That said, there are also plenty of videos (and comments under them) from people who’ve never had any issues with BCA rifles
On top of that, ARs are easy to work on and upgrade. For someone on a budget, I think it’s a solid choice as a range/entry gun IMHO
@SirSkiz1980@GeneralMCNews Indeed, there are two congressman trying to pass a bill that will give full VA benefits to dual US/Israel citizens that served in the IDF
@Kngsolo305@rev3_s@baltsgauntlet Mine still works flawlessly, tbh
After I found that most of my expensive ARs share the same materials and fabrication techniques (with only a few differences), I will never spend big $$$ on another AR-15
They are not meant to be expensive weapons imo.
Yes ONLY 65 miles up! - It's a ROCKET that doesn't reach orbit
The only use of it, is recreation and perhaps put out misleading information to get public support/funding
You can have the same "astronaut" experience in a parabolic flight for under $9K - WAY safer and more ECO friendly
