Ensuring all sexual harassment is punished as a matter of practice is where we believe the battle is 4/4

We welcome the upholding of the death penalty of 3 out of 4 of the accused in the Nirbhaya case.
However we feel it pertinent to point out once again that it is the surety of punishment & not it's severity that will ensure safety against sexual violence.
