Our founder and CEO, @kumesh_a has spent 13 years selling AI to regulated enterprises and every customer has eventually asked the same question.
What happens when my model is wrong?
Anchor is our answer.
Today we're launching Anchor 3.0, the first enforcement model built to secure AI agents and keep everything they say compliant at runtime.
It caught more violations than every frontier model we tested, up to 34x faster and up to 12x cheaper.
Generally available today at https://t.co/N32T2fyzJT
Three models, live on the API today:
• Anchor 3.0 Mini, detection only, built for millions of messages
• Anchor 3.0, our flagship, finds the line, rewrites it, verifies it, learns your policies via LoRA
• Anchor 3.0 Max, upload your policy docs, nothing to train
Built for regulated industries. We never train on your data. Your VPC or ours. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA.
Why a small model beat the largest models in the world at this benchmark?
The rules live in the weights.
Frontier models have to read a 68k-token rulebook on every call and think for 12 to 50 seconds. Anchor already knows the regulations and your company rules. It finds the violation, rewrites the message and verifies the fix before it goes out.
Self-hosted in your VPC, it runs in under 100ms.
We partnered with @HelloSurgeAI on the first human-written, attorney-labeled FINRA benchmark and ran Anchor against the best frontier models on the same rulebook and test set.
Every model was scored against human compliance reviewers.
Anchor 3.0 vs GPT-5.6 Sol, the best frontier model in the test:
• Caught more violations: 95.5% vs 92.9%
• 34x faster: 1.5s vs 51s per message
• Nearly 5x cheaper: $10 vs $48 per 1,000 messages
Anchor also beat Sol on precision and F1, so the higher catch rate isn't coming from flagging everything.
Across 150+ seed rounds this year, $855M in funding has gone toward companies building at the intersection of AI and security.
As agents move out of the sandbox and into production, runtime enforcement is becoming essential to deploying them successfully, especially in regulated industries.
Excited to see ZeroDrift’s $10M seed round included in @Crunchbase’s latest recent roundup.

Today we're launching Guard for Agents: the enforcement runtime for AI 🔥
Your agent: "Full refund approved, plus $500 for the trouble!"
No such policy exists. You're on the hook. Now multiply by 10,000 conversations a day.
Guard catches it, names the policy, and ships this instead:
"Your order is past our 30-day refund window, but I can offer store credit or a replacement."
Milliseconds, before delivery.
Our founder & CEO @kumesh_a shared his thoughts with @MichaelKayePR for @Inc on a blind spot in AI that shows up quickly in regulated industries. The people using these tools often work within rules and constraints the teams building them may never encounter.
The result can be AI that works brilliantly in a demo and not at all in the field.

ZeroDrift has moved from .ai to .com.
A small change, easy to miss.
But when it comes to enforcing policy across millions of AI-generated communications, the smallest mistakes can have a big impact.
Good thing catching them is kind of our thing.

ZeroDrift Command is live. The control plane for AI compliance.
AI agents are becoming the communication layer of the enterprise, sending millions of regulated messages a month. None of it can wait in a human review queue.
The old stack reviews after the fact. ZeroDrift Command enforces before anything is sent. Frontier LLMs miss most policy violations. Our purpose-built SLM catches more, in milliseconds, at a fraction of the cost.
