@travismakes They'll start once someone will show them how to do it

@Ekaeoq 🐐

@ZackKorman The more math solutions we have the better no?

Came across a workshop where an academic ML research group was debating the role of researchers in an age when almost everything can be delegated to LLMs.

The conclusion was to curate data and create honest train/test splits.

Don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Academic ML seems to be going through a serious identity crisis.

@levelsio Honey with salt work wonders as well

Two easy runs later, I went for a modified long run. Seven kilometers at easy pace, then six at 5:20/km, and finished the rest at easy pace again. Since I still don't feel completely healthy, I'll keep the 20+ km long run for the next week.

Catching a cold the day before your first 20+ km long run of the marathon block isn’t ideal.

Do you still go when you’re not feeling 100% or do you rest until you feel ready?

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@tomcoppens_ How does you current training schedule look like?

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@HeinrichKuttler Can't wait to use this for my PhD thesis

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@andrewwoodroffe Did you see the roads in Malaysia? I don't think I would ever ride my bike there. It's either highways or through jungle

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

Proof of workout.

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@Fran_Kilinski_ I postponed the run by a couple of days, doing easy runs in the meantime

@Ekaeoq Titanium model? 👀

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@PritishJourney Orange juice

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@0xSero I've tried that many times. Half of the domains it finds are either taken already or way over the specified price. And the other half is a random combination of symbols that don't make sense

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@haydendevs How many lines of code did you read in the last 3 days though?

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@minordissent @blknoiz06 The fact that Chernobyl often doesn't rank as one of the best tv shows ever is a travesty

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@holisticbaddie I made two PayPal accounts and both got locked immediately without me doing anything

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@yacineMTB Still remember I could ask for A100 as a paying user and I actually get it assigned without looking at unavailability messages

[Tom Chobola @zeroxtom]

@jonnym1ller My recommendation is to buy a book. Or a chess board and find people to play with.
