PEOPLE ARE STANDING AROUND A ROBOT ON THE STREET… AND DISCUSSING WHAT SHOES IT’S WEARING.
Not its AI.
Not its sensors.
Not how it walks.
THE SHOES.
The robot is actually dressed like a person, standing in the middle of a crowd while people casually look at its outfit and talk about what it’s wearing.
And honestly, this is probably one of the funniest signs of how normal humanoid robots are starting to feel.
A few years ago, seeing a humanoid robot on the street would have been enough to stop everyone.
Now people are basically treating it like:
“Yo, what sneakers are those?”
Once robots start getting different clothes, shoes and accessories, they’re going to become part technology, part machine… and somehow part streetwear culture.
Imagine arguing online about whether your robot is wearing the new Jordans or some $300 designer sneakers.
