@AvantiWestCoast @AvantiWestCoast continues to provide the worst service. I’m on the 15:38 from Glasgow to Euston which is delayed over 1 hour. We have now been told the train terminates at Stafford because of staffing…. STAFFING!? How can you take our money without staffing your service?!

@Ryanair Just here to let you know how diabolical your service is. I’m new to Ryanair and wow, it really is the bottom of the barrel. Sat on a delayed flight, zero communication. Just bizarre behaviour. Customer service? Zero. Avoid this company at all costs
