a regular level will affect both contrast AND saturation.
If you switch your level adjustment layer from normal to luminosity, it will only affect your contrasts and leave your colors intact

@CoreyBrickley lol honestly the shape language used for villains is legit worth thinking about— particularly how it's been internalized by generations via popular kids media. Beyond small/cute/round face vs. long/angular/gaunt face, villains tend to have more asymmetrical silhouettes in general
