Hey, I'm From Portugal ( Europe ) and im experience that I have less ping in NA ( atm 133 ping ) than in EU servers ( atm +260 ).

Is there something wrong with the EU server?

Do you have a GTX 1050 or GTX 1050TI?

Every one starts for example at 1500mmr,
If you constantly win, you will start playing with people that are winning too.

Give it atleast 1 month to get everyone right placed.

And level doesnt apply to sbmm
