@HISGLORYME I worked 4 the Telephone Company for 13yrs. This is out of Regent CO, Kensington and Allegheny. I retired in 2010. If you think the streets look bad, you should see the alleys. This is filmed around 8:30-9. They are coming down off their high. The things I've seen not fit 2 tell.
