There's no much gain in buying and stocking new iPhones.

But some customers won't really understand regardless of how much explanation you give to them.

I wanted to post this since. Let me just use it on you. With the current dollar rate, gadgets vendors are totally selling brand new phones at loss. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

iPhone Air on apple website
USA ₦1,400,000 UK 🇬🇧 ₦1,600,000 aide tax and shipping fee.
But we are selling ours ₦1,320,000 mind you some vendors import this phone at 1.5m but are now selling 1.3m

Base iPhone 17 on USA 🇺🇸 apple website is 1m80k and in UK website 🇬🇧 1.260m aside shipping fee and other logistics.
But we sell ours 1.190m eSIM 1.290m physical

iPhone 17 pro on apple USA 🇺🇸 website is 1.5m and 1.7m on 🇬🇧 website aside tax and shipping fee, but
We’re selling ours 1.750m for eSIM then 1.8 to 1.9m

iPhone 17 pro max on USA 🇺🇸 apple website is 1.7m and 1.9m on uk 🇬🇧 website aside shipping fee and tax, but
We sell eSIM 1.850m and 2m for physical.

Now at the end of the day if you calculate your shipping fee, the loss and profit on these 4 phones, it mean you invested like 5-6m just to later get profit of less than 400k, but and the end “Nigerian vendors are thieves, they’re criminals”

I won’t go beyond this.

Okayyy. Apple will now increase the prices of iPhones. I think this will only apply from the iPhone 18 series, but if by any chance it affects the price of the 17 series, we’ll definitely Increase our prices too.
