@MarvelRivals Aaaand after to have watch the video I will say... Jeff changes are garbages. He needed a buff if anything... now: the water stream heal less, the bubbles heal less, the damage is irrelevant, the ulti situation showed in the stream NEVER happens... in short, he is just murdered.

@MarvelRivals What is exactly the idea on nerfing jeff's heals? Make the worst healer of the game to heal LESS doesn't seems exactly something smart, good or even TESTED at all.
