I keep saying it. It’s the game pattern and not the players
Aston Villa and Brighton lost some of their best players and are still playing very well. You know their pattern but United bought Baleba and Tielemans and we are still rubbish. Even if Harry Kane and Saliba join us, we will still be rubbish
If Brighton give us two or three of their hardworking players, once they get to United, they will be hardworking for one or two games and then become lazy.
I’d have stopped being patriotic and left Nigeria much earlier 😂
I’d have explored more opportunities for education and career growth.
Above all, I’d have taken more chances and stopped waiting for the perfect time.
That patriotism held me down for too long, sha. I always thought Naija will be better until the handwriting was so bold and clear 😔

Wow, I genuinely admire your discipline 👏🏽
Me that can save money in a kolo and still be the same person to break the kolo when I need money 😂
If I hadn’t secured my health and care worker visa from Nigeria, I honestly don’t know how I would’ve funded my relocation. A loan would probably have been my only option
@DavidAkiny18381@MamaPee__ I remember during FCT election, that was how they shouted and threatened. After they lose, they waka jejely and move on
Nothing go always happen. Na mouth they get like Alakara 😁
@withifeoluwa Oh, hope you enjoyed the movie 😂 What’s the title?
And I’m actually glad you’re open to hearing different views. I’ll take that as a sign that I won’t get blocked when we eventually disagree on something 😂😂
One thing we seriously need to change about our political culture in Nigeria is the way we try to win people over to our preferred candidates.
Politics should be about persuasion, not intimidation.
If you believe in a particular candidate, tell people why. Highlight their strengths, explain their policies, what they intend to do differently and how they plan to improve the lives of Nigerians.
You can equally point out the weaknesses, shortcomings and failures of opposing candidates. That is part of political engagement. But do it with facts, evidence and reasonable arguments.
Insults, abuse, threats, name-calling and unnecessary enmity will not automatically convince anyone to join your side. In fact, they may end up pushing people further away.
Another mentality we seriously need to discard is the belief that anyone who refuses to support our preferred candidate deserves whatever suffering comes if their choice turns out to be a failure.
The truth is, bad governance does not ask who you voted for before affecting you.
Whether you supported the winning candidate, voted against them or didn’t vote at all, we all live with the consequences of the decisions made by those in power. Some may feel those consequences more than others, but nobody is completely insulated.
That is even more reason to engage, educate, debate and persuade rather than insult or threaten those who disagree with us.
Everyone has the right to support whoever they believe is capable of leading them, and that includes the right to change their minds.
Political campaigns should be a contest of ideas, policies, competence and track records, not a competition over who can insult or threaten the other side the most.
You don’t have to agree with someone’s political choice to respect their right to make it.
Disagree without becoming enemies. Debate without insulting. Persuade without threatening.
At the end of the day, we are all Nigerians, and we all have a stake in the country’s success or failure.
