@ivoenlemar Si estoy de acuerdo con tu ejemplo. el feedback a tiempo y comunicar las expectativas de forma clara es parte del proceso. Si eso no sucedió El PIP es injusto y como tu dices subjetivo.

@ivoenlemar O no se fue dando feedback con tiempo y de forma intencional. Aunque si hay casos de casos a veces si el performance no es el correcto por más que se intenta.

@ivoenlemar Concuerdo puede ser muy subjetivo. Dependiendo de quién escribió el plan puede convertirse en algo más objetivo si documenta las métricas q se usarán para medir Pero creo q muchas veces si se llegó allí es por un fallo de management y de que no se comunico las expectativas bien
