From this point forward, VERRO will evolve as an independent project with:

* its own roadmap,
* its own product focus,
* and its own long-term vision.

We also want to make one thing very clear:

Nothing you have built will be lost.

Your $VRO balance, KYC status, VIP tier, contribution score, and affiliate network will all carry forward into the new app exactly as they are today.

This is not a reset.
It is not a restart.

It is the same ecosystem you already know — now given the space to grow faster and more independently.

A standalone VERRO allows us to:

* Move development faster,
* Build features specifically for the VERRO ecosystem,
* Improve scalability,
* And create a clearer path toward the next stage of utility and expansion.

I did a deep research on KYC with the assistance of AI:

How AI Works in Pi KYC (Standard + Fast Track)

Based on the announcement from Pi Core Team, the updated system integrates the same underlying AI engine used in Fast Track KYC into Standard KYC.

Here’s how the technology actually works inside the pipeline:

1. Document Image Processing (AI Optical Extraction)

When a Pioneer uploads their ID:

The AI uses advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to read text such as name, date of birth, ID number, and expiry date.

Computer vision models detect tampering, lighting issues, blurs, or mismatched fonts.

Liveness analysis checks that the ID is a real, physical document captured in real time, not a screenshot.

2. Facial Biometrics + Liveness Verification

When you take a selfie:

Face-matching AI compares the selfie to the photo on the ID.

3D-face liveness detection ensures it’s a real human and not a mask, printed photo, or digital deepfake.

Motion cues, micro-changes in expression, and depth mapping confirm authenticity.

3. Duplicate & Fraud Pattern Detection (AI Integrity Layer)

To protect the network, the system:

Matches your ID + face against all previously submitted KYC records to detect duplicate accounts or identity reuse.

Uses anomaly-detection models to flag suspicious patterns (e.g., same face, different names).

Cross-checks device, IP, geolocation consistency for fraud detection.

This ensures one human = one Pi account.

4. Automated Accuracy Scoring

Each application is assigned a confidence score:

High score → automatically passes without human validators.

Medium score → sent to human validator queue.

Low score → requires additional verification or resubmission.

Because of the new AI layer, 50% of Standard KYC cases no longer require humans, cutting bottlenecks dramatically.

5. Human Validators (Only When Needed)

When the AI encounters:

Poor image quality

Conflicting information

Rare document types

Borderline confidence scores

Only then does it pass the case to human validators.

This is why the new AI reduces validator workload by half.

6. Final KYC Clearance + Mainnet Eligibility

Once validated, the system:

Confirms the Pioneer’s identity

Unlocks Mainnet migration

Records the verified identity in the secure Pi KYC backend

This preserves both scalability and network integrity.
